RTF Issue Focus Prayer Minister
POSITION IMPACT
Teaches Biblical discipleship principles and ministers healing and deliverance to life issues of individuals at Thanksgiving using the Restoring the Foundations Integrated Approach to Healing.

LENGTH OF COMMITMENT
- Commit to one year at a time
- Regular attendance at monthly team trainings and huddle (1 ½ hours per month)
- IFM ministers may choose which days and timeframes they are available for ministry and accept or decline ministry assignments as they have availability. Expect 3-5 hours preparation/admin time plus 3 hours ministry time for each IFM assignment accepted.
TRAINING
Mandatory: Restoring the Foundations Hope, Healing, & Freedom Seminar (5-6 hours). RTF Issue Focus Ministry Activation (21 hours), Thanksgiving Ministry Practicums (12 hours minimum), Receive personal IFM ministry (3 hours).
Optional: God’s Living Stones and Heartland HHN Regional training as it is available. Cleansing Stream Seminar, Retreat, & Discipleship.
COMMENTS
Once RTF training requirements are met, candidates are eligible to submit an application to the Thanksgiving RTF Oversight Team. The Thanksgiving RTF Oversight Team and pastoral leadership must approve candidates to be released and commissioned to minister IFM within the body of Christ at Thanksgiving. All IFM ministry is done under the supervision of the Thanksgiving RTF Oversight Team.
