This form is for the Media Team to help you clarify your goals and the purpose of your video/media and will help increase your level of delight with the outcome and the impact of the video/media.

Keep in mind that original video production projects can take up to 8 weeks (or more in some cases) from start to finish. This includes the time for Planning and Production, Scheduling, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production, and Delivery (See Media Timeline form).
