In 2009 we had a spiritual awakening when we experienced healing and deliverance for the first time ever. We were both Christians, but living spiritual life very marginalized by lots of “life” that had happened in us separately, in our family, and marriage. Then in 2011, we both received Restoring the Foundations (RTF) Ministry, and our lives, family, and marriage have changed in ways we could never have imagined.

Carolyn is a travel agent, Mike is a CPA and has a tax practice. We have a college-aged daughter and a high school-aged son. We have been married about 30 years now, and call Bellevue, Nebraska home. We love to travel, spend time outside, and visit with family and friends.

Connection to Restoring the Foundations
RTF Ministry changed our spiritual lives, and changed our marriage. We understand now how to appropriate the freedom Jesus gives us through the cross. The joy and freedom we experience transforms us in ways we never expected or believed could happen and we are filled with a desire to share this with others.

We were obedient to God’s prompting on our hearts and became trained first in Issue Focused Ministry (IFM) in 2012. With two children still at home and both of us in full-time careers, we had active lives and no vision beyond this. But God is faithful to grow us as we are ready, and we again responded to the prompting on our hearts to become trained in Thorough Format Ministry at a church level in 2015. In 2018 we were qualified as Healing House Network (HHN) Ministers.

Ministry Distinctives
We enjoy ministry with individuals and couples. We have a heart to minister to men. Men have been spiritually targeted by the enemy and are many times under attack. We have the heart to bring God’s healing to men of the church, and transform families for the Kingdom.

Because we are both working in full-time careers and raising a family at home, our availability to minister is in the evening and weekends. The ministry for an individual would be in five 3-hour sessions, or over a five-week period, in most cases.
