APRIL 2025 VOTERS MEETING
The church council has called a special meeting of the congregation to ratify the amendments to the Thanksgiving Church constitution.
A Congregational Meeting will be held
Sunday, April 27th at 9:30AM in the Worship Center.
Meeting Agenda Item to be voted on:
Vote to ratify the Constitutional Amendments that were approved at the Annual Meeting in February 2025.
BALLOT AND VOTING INFORMATION
Absentee ballots are permitted. Absentee ballots are available at the church office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm).
You can also download a PDF ballot to print at home, fill out and return to the church.
To be accepted and counted, absentee ballots must be printed, completed and then returned in person. Electronic ballots will not be accepted.
Absentee ballots can be returned to the church office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm), OR during weekend worship services prior to April 25th may be dropped off in the ballot box located in the hallway at the back of the Worship Center.
Absentee ballots must be returned in person no later than April 25, 2025 by 4pm.
