Small Group Leader

POSITION IMPACT
Small Group Leaders (SGLs) have an opportunity to positively impact the lives of children by teaching God’s word and building relationships with them.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Spiritual gifts: teaching, service, and faith

  • Must enjoy working with children

  • Willingness to receive on-going training

  • At least 18 years old

BENEFITS
As a SGL you will receive smiles and fist bumps from the young people you interact with while having a positive impact on their lives.

LENGTH OF COMMITMENT

  • One-year commitment (Aug - May)

  • Weekly on Sunday mornings 9:15am - 10:45am or Wednesday evenings 6:15pm-7:45pm
    1.5 hours per week.

TRAINING

  • Initial training required.

  • On-going training opportunities are provided, and all leaders are strongly encouraged to attend.

  • Regular worship attendance is an important aspect of on-going training.
